1. Synthesis of N, N-dimethyldecylamine
Dissolve a quantitative amount of decamine in anhydrous ethanol in advance, and then add it to the reaction kettle. Then add formic acid in sequence and raise the temperature to 50-60 ℃ before slowly adding formaldehyde aqueous solution (decane: formic acid: formaldehyde=1mol: 5.2mol: 2.2mol). Stir at around 80 ℃ for 6 hours. Adjust the pH value to around 10 with a 20% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, let it stand, separate the water layer, and enter the oil layer into a distillation kettle for vacuum distillation to obtain a yellow transparent liquid, which is the product.
2. Synthesis of Dinonyl Phosphate Esters
Add a quantitative amount of phosphorus trichloride to the reaction kettle, and then slowly add a specific amount of non alcohol (with a molar ratio of 1:2) to raise the temperature to 80 ℃ and stir for 6 hours. Adjust the pH value to 10-11 with a 20% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir for hydrolysis for 2 hours. Adjust the pH value to around 1.5 with dilute sulfuric acid, let it stand, and separate the water layer. Add the oil layer to a distillation kettle for vacuum distillation to obtain a colorless transparent liquid.
3. Synthesis of ester tertiary amine salts
Add an equal amount of tertiary amine and phosphate ester to the esterification reactor in sequence, and stir at 70-80 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain a light yellow transparent liquid.
It is irritating and should not come into direct contact with the skin. Place in a cool and ventilated warehouse, do not store with flammable materials, and keep away from ignition sources.
Synthesis of N,N-Dimethyldecylamine The quantitative decylamine is dissolved in absolute ethanol in advance, and then added to the reaction kettle. Then add formic acid in sequence, and raise the temperature to 50~60 ℃, slowly add formaldehyde aqueous solution (decylamine: formic acid: formaldehyde = 1 mol: 5.2 mol: 2.2 mol). Stir at about 80 ℃ for 6 h. Adjust the pH value to about 10 with 20% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, stand still, separate out the water layer, and the oil layer is distilled under vacuum in a distillation kettle to obtain yellow transparent liquid as the product.
Synthesis of dinonyl phosphate A quantitative amount of phosphorus trichloride is added to the reaction kettle, and then a proportional amount of nonanol (the molar ratio of the two is 1: 2) is slowly added, and the temperature is raised to 80 ℃ and stirred for 6 h. Adjust the pH value to 10~11 with 20% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, add appropriate amount of water, and stir for hydrolysis for 2 h. Then use dilute sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value to about 1.5, let it stand, and separate the water layer. Add the oil layer to the distillation kettle for vacuum distillation to obtain a colorless and transparent liquid.
Synthesis of tertiary amine salt of phosphate ester The equimolar tertiary amine and phosphate ester are sequentially added into the esterification kettle, and stirred at 70~80 ℃ for 2 h to obtain a light yellow transparent liquid.
